Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is a hothead who should be dropped from the England team, according to former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino.Pickford, 25, put in a poor display as the Toffees surrendered a two-goal lead at Newcastle on Saturday to fall to their fourth defeat in six games.
