Former Southampton midfielder Dusan Tadic put in a performance for the ages for Ajax against Real Madrid on Tuesday evening.The playmaker tore the European champions’ defence apart – beautifully assisting two goals and adding one of his own as his side thrashed Los Blancos at the Bernebeu to send them out of Europe.8

Tadic had unquestionable talent during his four year spell at St Mary’s, but he’s been nothing short of a revelation for the Eredivisie side this season.He has netted 16 goals and added seven assists in 23 league matches and in Europe he has now been directly involved in more goals than any other player (9).His display was so good that French sports outlet L’Equipe rated him a 10/10 – becoming just the ninth player in history to be given full marks by the newspaper.But who else has scored full marks in the past? Eduardo was another Brazilian to achieve the top rating for a performance by L’Equipe.8

Robert Lewandowski

Lewandowki was given a 10/10 rating for his Champions League heroics against Real Madrid in 2013.8

Lionel Messi (Twice)

Messi is the only player in history to be given a 10/10 rating twice by L’Equipe.His first came against Arsenal in 2010, where he netted all four goals against the Gunners in a 4-1 victory.8

Oleg Salenko

Salenko earned a 10/10 rating after scoring five goals in a game at the 1994 World Cup in the United States.8

Lars Windfeld

In 1997, goalkeeper Windfeld achieved a 10/10 rating after scoring from a goal kick for Nantes.The Dane also recorded a clean sheet in the match as his side defeated Aarhus 1-0.

Franck Sauzee

Sauzee scored a brace as France defeated Greece 3-0 in the European Under-21 Championship final of 1988.8

Bruno Martini

Another goalkeeper to make the list was French shot-stopper Martini.8

Just like Sauzee, his heroics against Greece in 1988 earned him full marks in the ratings after he pulled off a string of fine saves to keep Greece at bay and help his side to victory at the Euros.
